We are entering a key growth phase — expanding our Bright Products Employment Line and launching our Bright Scoops gelato truck this summer.

We are specifically seeking leaders with experience in fundraising, partnerships, or scaling organizations.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a high-impact, revenue-generating nonprofit at an early stage.
 

Lemon Tree Collective is a growing Austin nonprofit on a mission to solve the unemployment crisis for autistic adults by creating joyful, meaningful jobs. Through our Bright Products Employment Line — Bright Breads, Bright Scoops, and Bright Cards — we’re building micro-businesses where autistic adults can thrive, earn, and belong.

Our most recent benefit concert— 650+ attendee ..  the Poranguí Benefit Concert • 5th All Ability Inclusive Festival for Autistic Adults, held at Haute Spot in October 2025.

It was a magical, community-filled evening, and we’re so grateful to everyone who was part of it.

 ~ Strategic Growth Advisor – Provide high-level guidance as we scale our Bright Products line and expand into new revenue-generating initiatives.
~ Community & Ambassador Leader – Represent Lemon Tree in the community, help grow awareness, and connect us with aligned partners and supporters.
